Learn about what's needed for your campaign, understand how we generate new patients, and how we work as a team to ensure that we're doing everything in our power to get as many new patients through the door.
1. Creating Your Stripe Payment Processing Account
We are going to need you to set up a payment processing account through Stripe.com. We will give you instructions on how to set up your account correctly on our first onboarding call to ensure that nothing is messed up. Do not setup your stripe account without talking to our team about it first!
2. Getting Access To Facebook Business Manager Account(s)
We are going to need you to grant us access to both your Facebook Business Page and your Facebook Advertising Account. We use what's called "Business Manager", think of this as a home base for all of your business-related pages on Facebook. We ask for admin access to both your Facebook Business Page and your Advertising Account through the "Partners" functionality built directly into Facebook. We do not need your Facebook login information.
3. Advertisement Development Team Introduction & Information Collection.
Throughout our program, we want you to know who's in charge of your advertising account(s) and who will be managing it on a daily basis. We require your office(s) to submit information to ensure that we have the correct contact information, logos, website addresses, etc. for your business.
4. Photo Collection & Information Review
Once we get your information back, you will be sent an email with a link to another submission form that will have you send us 4 very specific photos. These photos are going to be used throughout your entire campaign depending on what's required. We may or may not use all of the photos that are sent. All photos are required for our campaigns to go live.
These photos are NOT optional.

5. Campaign Development & Advertisement Creation
We are going to begin to work on developing your campaign with the information and photos that you've submitted to us.
At this point, it should be about 4 days before your campaign goes live! We do not need anything from you at this point.
6. Advertisement Review & Sales Funnel Review
At this point, we're going to be showing you what your first advertisement is going to look like, and the pages that will be used in your marketing.
If you have any revisions that need to be made, please let us know on the call scheduled for this.

7. Advertisements & Sales Funnel Goes Live
At this point, we've collected stripe login information, connected it into the sales funnels, and customized the pages for your business. We do tests before you ever lay eyes on the campaign to ensure that the payments are being processed correctly, receipt emails are being sent, and people are given the option to purchase any additional one-time offers.
8. Office Lead Tracking Spreadsheet Onboarding
At this point, we've collected stripe login information, connected it into the sales funnels, and customized the pages for your business. We do tests before you ever lay eyes on the campaign to ensure that the payments are being processed correctly, receipt emails are being sent, and people are given the option to purchase any additional one-time offers.

Understanding Facebook Leads &Trip Wire Up-Sells
While running the advertisements, potential new patients will submit their information and automatically be sorted into two different types of leads.
The first type of leads that you'll see is going to be generalized straight leads, these individuals have submitted their first name, last name, email address, and phone number. These leads have the lowest level of interest out of all of the leads that we'll be generating for you, but you can get them into the office and upsell them onto additional lipo laser treatment packages, or a full weight loss program.
The second type of leads that you'll see is going to be pre-paid leads. These individuals have submitted their first name, last name, email address, phone number, and have actually paid to come into the office already. This payment that's collected for the lead will be directly deposited into the bank account of your choice via the Stripe payment processing platform which we'll help you set up later.
When a lead pre-pays, they'll have the option to purchase an additional 3 pack of lipo laser treatments for $127.
With this being said, the pre-paid leads can be worth $37 each (If they only purchase the one session and weight loss consultation) OR $164 ($37 + $127). Their lipo laser treatments will stack on top of each other giving them the ability to pre-purchase up to 4 lipo laser sessions all through our tripwire process!
Advertising Lead Follow Up Best Practices
Now we're going to show you a picture in the next section of what your lead sheet will look like when you see it, only you'll have your lead information where we inserted filler information.
The best strategy is to use a script which is similar to this (Make up your own way to say this!):
NON PRE-PAID LEAD SCRIPTING
You: "Hi! Is this (Insert Lead's first name here)?"
Lead: "Yes this is."
You: "This is (Your Name) From (Office Name Here), I was calling because we saw that you had submitted your information to claim our lipo laser weight loss session and weight loss strategy session consultation for $37, were you still interested in scheduling a time to come into the office?"
Lead: "Yes I am!"
You: "Great, I have (Day) at (Time) or (Day) at (Time), do either of those times work for you? The appointment usually is 30-45 minutes."
Lead: "Yes, (Day) at (Time) works for me."
You: "Perfect! In order to reserve your time on the schedule, we do require a $37 deposit to hold the appointment for you. Can you please tell me your (required card information here) so that we can reserve your appointment on (Day) at (Time)?
Lead: "(Lead Provides Card Information.)"
You: (Process Their Payment OVer The Phone) "Awesome! (Give office address, or use landmarks to describe where your office is!)"
Pre-paid leads are the individuals who have paid in advance to come into the office. These people should be followed up with as quickly as possible and should be prioritized over the "straight leads" we just learned about above. If we don't get the pre-paid leads into the office quick enough they'll potentially want a refund so we need to make these a top priority.
